  • 9.2 Degree permanently canted head
  • Full Capacity Down Clamps – For vertical clamping of structural shapes and when entire "mill bundles" are to be cut
  • Bi Directional Outboard Powered Vise for Discharge – Holds material on the discharge side of the blade for "back trimming" and keeps parts from closing during the cut. It provides an additional clamping surface; works in conjuction with main saw vise but can be disconnected by a control valve. The use of this vise will decrease "burr" on the cut material.
  • Shadow Light – High intensity light casting a shadow of the blade on the material to be cut, indicating the exact spot where the blade enters the material
  • Machine is designed to minimize material handling with the introduction of rollers in the base of the machine for stock movement. This prevents material from being dragged across the normal vise way assembly
  • Free standing control remotely controls saw operation – Raise, stop, cut and cutting pressure; blade speed, guide arm, and coolant system. All modular construction
  • Fixed vise (datum line) opens with full stroking moveable vise to provide clamping for mill bundles and elimates banding interference
  • Total enclosed, running in oil, gear reducer with variable speed drive of 70-325 SFPM. Remote speed change with tachometer readout on control console
  • Discharge table for easier material handling after the cut. The table is 24" in length and standard with rollers. Table is welded on to machine base and is fully coolant panned to return coolant to the machine
  • Guide Cap Camlocks assure proper clamping of carbide blade guides, with adhustable pre-set and quick release action for fast blade changes
  • Powered brush assembly (brush size ½" x 4")
  • Full stroking vising
  • Powered blade tension
  • Powered moveable guide arm
  • Adjustable clamping pressure
  • Adustable cutting pressure
  • Adjustable feed rate
  • Unist Mist Lubrication System
